Certainly, we allow a period of 3-4 days after sending you the food plan, giving you ample time to get acquainted with it and shop for the required ingredients before the program commences.

For 1-month programs, no breaks or holds are provided. However, for 3-month programs, participants may request a maximum of 10 days of break or hold in special circumstances.
